Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care via telehealth monitoring and remote support
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Accurately document patient vitals and care progress in electronic health records
- Collaborate with nursing teams to develop personalized care plans
- Monitor patient status and report changes to clinical supervisors
- Support patient education through virtual consultations
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all remote communications
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - paid training provided!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency for telehealth platforms
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional on-site visits)
- Ability to pass background check and health screening
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- CPR certification (will be provided)
