Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver virtual CNA certification curriculum
- Conduct live online training sessions and assessments
- Create engaging educational materials for remote learners
- Mentor and support students through certification process
- Stay current with WA state CNA regulations
- Collaborate with education team on program improvements
- Track student progress and provide feedback
Qualifications
- Active WA State CNA certification
- Minimum 3 years CNA experience
- Previous teaching/training experience required
- Proficiency with virtual learning platforms
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Ability to work independently remotely
- CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Healthcare curriculum development experience
