- Coordinate patient appointments and virtual consultations via HIPAA-compliant platforms
- Maintain accurate digital dental records using practice management software
- Assist in digital treatment planning and case documentation
- Facilitate virtual patient education and post-procedure follow-ups
- Collaborate with clinical teams for seamless patient care transitions
- Manage inventory and ordering of dental supplies through digital systems
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and dental board regulations in remote operations
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification (CDA or RDA) required
- Minimum 2 years clinical dental assisting experience
- Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
