Responsibilities
- Assist dentists via virtual consultations and digital charting
- Manage patient scheduling and electronic records
- Coordinate dental lab communications and case tracking
- Conduct pre-visit virtual assessments and education
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant telehealth protocols
- Process insurance claims and billing documentation
- Support infection control compliance remotely
- Train on new dental software systems
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification (DANB or equivalent)
- 2+ years dental office experience
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft/Dentrix software
- Strong telehealth communication skills
- Knowledge of Hawaii dental regulations
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Exceptional time management abilities
- Experience with digital radiography systems
