Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate in-home care (bathing, dressing, meal prep)
- Monitor vital signs and health status
- Transport clients to medical appointments
- Coordinate care plans via remote platforms
- Assist with medication management
- Maintain detailed care documentation digitally
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Collaborate with family members via telehealth
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid California driver's license
- Reliable transportation & technology
- Ability to pass background check
- Strong communication skills
- Compassion and patience
- Comfort with remote care tools
