Responsibilities
- Provide in-home care including assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs using our telehealth platform
- Coordinate care plans with families, nurses, and therapists via remote communication tools
- Transport clients to appointments and community activities using company-provided vehicle
- Prepare nutritious meals and maintain safe, organized home environments
- Document care activities and health observations through our digital care management system
- Respond to emergencies following established protocols and remote support protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA/HHA certification
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel across Atlanta metro area
- Proficiency with telehealth apps and digital care documentation tools
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills with ability to work independently and remotely
