Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility assistance
- Monitor client health status and document care activities using our remote care management system
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and family members via virtual meetings
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities using company-provided vehicle
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with remote oversight from clinical supervisors
- Assist with daily living tasks while maintaining client dignity and independence
- Respond promptly to client emergencies and maintain clear communication protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or equivalent training/certification
- Valid Arizona Driver's License and clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage remote scheduling
- Compassionate demeanor with excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
