Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate in-home care for seniors in Irvine, CA (bathing, meal prep, medication reminders)
- Coordinate care plans via our secure telehealth platform
- Monitor client health status and document progress in real-time
- Transport clients to medical appointments (mileage reimbursed)
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers remotely
- Implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Maintain detailed digital care records using our mobile app
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience (home health aide certification preferred)
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable smartphone/computer with internet access
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Clear background check and TB test (provided)
- Strong communication skills for virtual client interactions
- CPR/First Aid certification (training provided)
