Responsibilities
- Provide personalized personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
- Administer medication reminders and monitor clients for any health changes.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life.
- Transport clients to and from medical appointments and social activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care activities.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for clients.
Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid certification is highly preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated compassion, patience, and reliability.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous home health care experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
