Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including medication management, meal preparation, and mobility assistance
- Monitor client health status and document care activities via our remote app system
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare providers through virtual communication tools
- Assist with daily living activities while maintaining client dignity and independence
- Implement personalized care plans with remote oversight from clinical supervisors
- Transport clients to appointments using company-provided vehicles (mileage reimbursed)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA/HHA certification
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable smartphone and internet access for remote coordination tasks
- Strong communication skills with ability to document via digital platforms
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
