Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including bathing, meal prep, medication reminders, and mobility assistance
- Monitor client health status and document changes via our mobile app
- Coordinate care plans with family members and healthcare providers through telehealth platforms
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Maintain accurate care records using our digital management system
- Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance client wellbeing
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency with smartphones and basic technology for remote coordination
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends
