Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate in-home companionship, personal care, and light household assistance for elderly clients
- Coordinate care plans via our proprietary digital platform, allowing for remote adjustments and updates
- Monitor client health status and document care activities through our mobile-friendly app
- Attend virtual training sessions and team meetings to maintain certification compliance
- Collaborate with families and healthcare providers through our secure communication portal

Qualifications
- New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience in home or facility settings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
