Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate in-home care including personal hygiene assistance, meal preparation, and medication management
- Monitor client health status and document observations via our secure remote portal
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and family members using virtual communication tools
- Assist with mobility, transportation, and daily living activities
- Develop and implement personalized care plans remotely in collaboration with our clinical team
- Maintain accurate care records and progress reports through our digital platform
- Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid/CPR when needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or relevant certification
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Reliable transportation and valid California driver's license
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital care documentation tools
- Strong communication skills for virtual client/family interactions
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and TB screening
- Compassionate demeanor with commitment to client dignity
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
