Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care plans for elderly clients in Irvine and surrounding areas
- Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation and medication management
- Monitor health vitals and report changes to medical professionals
- Coordinate telehealth appointments and digital health record updates
- Offer companionship through virtual check-ins and in-person visits
- Maintain detailed care logs using our secure mobile platform
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience
- Valid California caregiver certification/CPR certification
- Reliable internet access and tech-savvy for remote coordination
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Spanish bilingual preferred but not required
- Experience working with seniors with dementia/Alzheimer's
