Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate in-home care including personal hygiene assistance, mobility support, and medication reminders
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with daily living activities while maintaining client dignity
- Monitor client health status and document observations through our secure remote platform
- Coordinate care plans with family members and healthcare providers via telehealth portals
- Transport clients to appointments using company-provided vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
- Implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures as needed
- Maintain accurate care records and progress notes through our HIPAA-compliant system
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA/HHA certification
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build trust with clients remotely
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical care tasks safely
- Clear background check and TB screening
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
