Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate in-home care for elderly clients including companionship, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Monitor client health status using our mobile app for real-time updates and documentation
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare providers via our secure remote portal
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility) while maintaining client dignity
- Administer medications and follow care plans as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Transport clients to appointments using company-provided vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable smartphone and internet access for remote coordination
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and empathy for elderly clients
- Background check and drug screening required
- Must live within 20 miles of St. Louis for in-home visits
