Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate in-home care including meal prep, medication reminders, and mobility assistance
- Conduct virtual wellness checks and health monitoring via secure telehealth platforms
- Coordinate with families and healthcare providers using our digital care management system
- Document care plans and client progress through our HIPAA-compliant mobile app
- Transport clients to appointments (mileage reimbursed)
- Assist with light housekeeping and errands as needed
- Participate in remote training and team huddles
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA/HHA certification
- Valid DC driver's license with clean record
- Reliable smartphone/computer with high-speed internet
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms (training provided)
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Clear background check and TB test
- Empathy and patience working with seniors
