Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures with precision and efficiency
- Perform digital radiography and intraoral imaging
- Manage patient scheduling via our cloud-based system
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize equipment remotely
- Process insurance claims electronically
- Conduct virtual pre/post-op patient follow-ups
- Maintain digital patient records securely
- Coordinate inventory management through our portal
Qualifications
- CDA or RDA certification required
- 2+ years clinical dental assisting experience
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft/Dentrix software
- Strong written communication skills for remote tasks
- Experience with teledentistry protocols preferred
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work independently in remote setting
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance for digital records
