Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including chairside support and instrument sterilization
- Manage patient scheduling and virtual consultations via telehealth platform
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain HIPAA-compliant digital records
- Take dental impressions and perform basic lab procedures
- Coordinate with insurance providers and billing systems remotely
- Train on new digital dental technologies and software systems
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or DANB certification required
- Minimum 2 years clinical dental assisting experience
- Proficiency with dental software (Dentrix Eaglesoft preferred)
- Strong telehealth communication skills
- Ability to work independently in remote setting
- Nevada dental radiology certification
- Current CPR/BLS certification
