Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative and cosmetic treatments
- Manage digital patient records and scheduling via our remote portal
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize equipment following OSHA standards
- Conduct patient education via telehealth platforms for pre/post-op care
- Order supplies and manage inventory through our digital inventory system
- Process insurance claims electronically from remote workstations
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all digital and physical documentation
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) required
- Minimum 2 years clinical dental assisting experience
- Proficiency in dental software (Dentrix/Eaglesoft) and telehealth tools
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and materials
- Exceptional communication skills for virtual patient interactions
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clinic standards
- CPR/BLS certification and current state radiology license
- Comfortable with hybrid work model (60% clinic, 40% remote)
