Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures using sterilized instruments and equipment
- Perform digital radiography and intraoral imaging with remote oversight
- Manage patient records via our cloud-based EMR system during remote shifts
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments following OSHA protocols
- Coordinate patient scheduling and virtual consultations remotely
- Take digital impressions using CAD/CAM technology
- Monitor inventory and order supplies through our online portal
- Provide post-op care instructions via telehealth platforms
Qualifications
- Active Florida Dental Assistant certification or DANB eligibility
- Minimum 2 years chairside experience with digital workflows
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft or Dentrix EMR systems
- Strong written communication skills for remote patient interactions
- CPR/BLS certification maintained
- Experience with teledentistry platforms preferred
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet
- Flexibility to cover in-person shifts during peak hours
