Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress via our secure digital platform
- Administer prescribed medications and assist with therapeutic exercises
- Coordinate care plans with remote clinical supervisors via telehealth systems
- Transport patients to appointments using company-provided mileage reimbursement
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Maintain accurate electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA standards
Qualifications
- Current Texas HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional home care experience
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English
