Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including bathing, dressing, and medication assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document client health status via our mobile app
- Coordinate with remote care teams for seamless service delivery
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Transport clients to appointments using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
- Implement personalized care plans with remote oversight from RN supervisors
- Respond to emergencies following established protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional home health aide experience
- Current Texas HHA certification or CNA license
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance
- Proficient in using mobile health apps and video conferencing tools
- Ability to work independently with remote support
- Clear criminal background check and TB test
- Compassionate demeanor with strong communication skills
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
