Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to clinical team
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Manage medication reminders and track health documentation
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Collaborate with remote care coordinators via telehealth platforms
- Maintain accurate electronic health records using our remote-friendly systems
Qualifications
- NC Home Health Aide certification or willingness to obtain
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Proficient with telehealth technology (smartphone/tablet)
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear background check and TB screening
- Strong communication skills for remote client interactions
