Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary needs
- Administer medication reminders and vital sign monitoring
- Document care notes via our HIPAA-compliant mobile app
- Coordinate with remote care managers and family members
- Light housekeeping and errand services
- Report health changes through our telehealth platform
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year home health aide experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transport
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong tech literacy for remote documentation systems
