Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and document client health status via our secure remote portal
- Assist with mobility support and prescribed exercises
- Manage medication reminders and adherence tracking
- Transport clients to medical appointments using company-provided vehicle
- Maintain detailed digital care records and communicate updates to care team
Qualifications
- Active Texas Home Health Aide certification or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient with digital documentation tools and telehealth platforms
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence
