Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and document patient health status via our telehealth platform
- Assist with medication management and meal preparation
- Coordinate care plans with clinical teams through our secure remote portal
- Transport clients to medical appointments using company-provided vehicles
- Implement infection control protocols during in-home visits
- Facilitate virtual wellness check-ins between in-person sessions
Qualifications
- Current California Home Health Aide certification (HHA)
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with telehealth technology and EMR systems
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and TB screening
- Strong written communication skills for remote documentation
- Spanish bilingual preferred (not required)
