Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate in-home personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and document patient health status through our secure digital platform
- Coordinate care plans remotely via telehealth systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Assist with medication management and meal preparation during home visits
- Transport patients to medical appointments using company-provided vehicle
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers through virtual channels
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and submit reports through our mobile app
Qualifications
- Current California Home Health Aide certification (HHA/CNA)
- Minimum 1 year experience in home healthcare or assisted living
- Reliable transportation with valid California driver's license and auto insurance
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and TB screening
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
