Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care for elderly and disabled patients
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes via our telehealth portal
- Transport patients to medical appointments using personal vehicle
- Maintain accurate care documentation through our mobile app
- Coordinate care plans with remote nursing supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current Texas HHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid Texas driver's license
- Proficient in using smartphones/tablets for documentation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification required
