Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to clinical team
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Administer prescribed medications following care plan protocols
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain safe client environments
- Transport clients to medical appointments using company vehicle
- Maintain detailed care records using our digital documentation system
Qualifications
- Current California Home Health Aide certification
- Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
