Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary restrictions
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation support
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Coordinate care schedules via remote communication tools
- Maintain accurate patient records using our digital platform
Qualifications
- Active Texas HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year home healthcare experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Ability to work independently with remote supervision
- Proficiency in telehealth documentation systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
