Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and document patient health changes
- Assist with medication administration and meal preparation
- Coordinate care plans with remote clinical team members
- Transport patients to appointments and social activities
- Maintain accurate electronic health records remotely
- Build trust-based relationships with elderly clients
Qualifications
- Current California HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year home care experience
- Reliable transportation and smartphone for remote coordination
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills for virtual reporting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Clear background check and TB test
- Passion for geriatric care and remote collaboration
