Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document client health status using our HIPAA-compliant digital platform
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician instructions
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary restrictions
- Transport clients to medical appointments and community activities
- Maintain clean, safe home environments for clients
- Collaborate with care teams via remote communication tools
Qualifications
- Current California Home Health Aide certification
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid California driver's license and reliable vehicle
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Proficient with telehealth technology and digital documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Clear criminal background check and TB test
- Fluent in English (Spanish bilingual preferred)
