Responsibilities
- Accurately verify prescriptions and prepare medications remotely using our digital platform
- Collaborate with pharmacists to resolve medication discrepancies and ensure patient safety
- Manage electronic health records and maintain compliance with state/federal regulations
- Provide telehealth consultations and patient education on medication usage
- Coordinate with in-person staff for prescription pickups and inventory management
- Process insurance claims and third-party reimbursements efficiently
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician license
- Prior experience in retail or hospital pharmacy settings
- Proficiency with pharmacy software (e.g., QS/1, Omnicell)
