Responsibilities
- Accurately process and verify prescription orders through our digital pharmacy platform
- Provide exceptional remote patient consultation and medication counseling via telehealth
- Maintain precise electronic health records (EHR) and inventory management systems
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance carriers for prior authorizations
- Ensure strict HIPAA compliance and data security protocols in remote operations
- Train on and utilize advanced pharmacy automation software for order fulfillment

Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Technician license in California (PTCB or ExCPT certified)
- Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician experience (remote preferred)
