Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications following state and federal regulations
- Provide exceptional patient consultations via telehealth and in-person
- Maintain precise inventory records and automate reordering processes
- Collaborate with pharmacists on complex medication therapy management
- Utilize our proprietary digital platform for remote prescription verification
- Train on cutting-edge pharmacy automation technologies
- Uphold HIPAA compliance in all digital and physical interactions
Qualifications
- Active NYS Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB or ExCPT)
- Minimum 1 year pharmacy experience (retail or hospital)
- Proficient in pharmacy management software (e.g., Omnicell, QS1)
- Exceptional communication skills for telehealth interactions
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication handling
- Valid NYS driver's license (for occasional site visits)
