Responsibilities
- Accurately process and verify prescription orders through digital pharmacy systems
- Provide remote medication counseling via telehealth platforms
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance carriers for prior authorizations
- Maintain digital inventory management and compounding records
- Ensure HIPAA compliance in all digital communications and data handling
- Support in-person dispensing at Glendale location as needed (1-2 days/month)
- Train on proprietary pharmacy software and automation systems
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician license (PTCB or ExCPT)
- Minimum 1 year pharmacy experience with digital systems proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent written communication skills for remote patient interactions
- Familiarity with pharmacy automation technology (e.g., robotic dispensing)
- Basic understanding of insurance verification processes
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
