Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms and sterile fields with remote oversight capabilities
- Assist surgeons during procedures with precision and efficiency
- Manage sterile processing and equipment sterilization protocols
- Document surgical cases using our HIPAA-compliant digital system
- Collaborate with team through virtual pre-op briefings
- Maintain inventory and equipment remotely via our inventory management portal
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and AORN standards
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
- Minimum 2 years of OR experience
- Proficiency with telemedicine platforms and digital documentation
- Strong knowledge of sterile processing procedures
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- BLS certification required
- Experience with robotic surgery systems preferred
