Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with hospital protocols and nursing standards.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Document patient data, clinical notes, and care plans in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Mentor and support junior nursing staff and nursing students when required.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California (CA RN License).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Strong proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to travel to various facilities within the Fresno and Central Valley region.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
