Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in acute care settings with remote monitoring capabilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams via telehealth platforms
- Accurately document patient data in EMR systems with remote access
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance while handling sensitive information digitally
- Participate in virtual case conferences and quality improvement initiatives
- Manage patient care coordination across remote and in-person settings
- Provide education to patients and families through virtual consultations
Qualifications
- Active CA RN license with at least 2 years of acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certification; PALS preferred
- Experience with telehealth platforms and remote monitoring systems
- Strong documentation skills in Epic or Cerner EMRs
- Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision
- Exceptional communication skills for virtual patient interactions
- Flexibility to travel within the Bay Area for occasional on-site duties
