Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive telehealth patient assessments and prioritize care needs
- Provide expert clinical guidance to patients via secure virtual platforms
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Document all interactions accurately in EMR systems
- Manage patient escalations with precision and empathy
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and telehealth regulations
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- Minimum 3 years emergency or urgent care experience
- Triage certification (ENPC/TNCC preferred)
- Proven telehealth proficiency with virtual assessment skills
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Epic or similar EMR systems
- Ability to work independently in remote setting
