Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms via telehealth platforms and prioritize care urgency
- Provide clinical guidance and education to patients remotely
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists for complex cases
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Handle emergency protocols and escalate critical cases appropriately
- Support chronic disease management through virtual consultations
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado with minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Triaging certification (ENA/ENA preferred)
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms (Teladoc, Amwell, etc.)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner)
- Exceptional communication and empathy skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- BLS/CPR certification required
