- Conduct comprehensive virtual patient assessments via telehealth platform
- Make accurate triage decisions using clinical judgment protocols
- Collaborate with physicians on urgent/emergency cases
- Document patient encounters in EMR systems with precision
- Provide health education to patients during virtual consultations
- Manage patient flow across multiple service lines
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance in remote work environment
Qualifications
- Active Nevada RN license (required)
- 3+ years ER/urgent care or telehealth experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Expertise in telephone triage protocols
- Exceptional critical thinking under pressure
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms (e.g., Teladoc, Amwell)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
