Responsibilities
- Coordinate virtual patient intake and triage via HIPAA-compliant telehealth systems
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) with precision and confidentiality
- Administer remote patient monitoring and medication reconciliation support

Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)

- Michigan state medical assistant license in good standing
