Responsibilities
- Provide virtual patient intake and medical history documentation via telehealth platforms
- Assist providers with remote clinical support and patient education
- Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up communications
- Maintain accurate EHR records and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Process insurance verification and billing documentation
- Support patient triage and urgent care coordination
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant or RN/LPN license in Texas
- 2+ years of clinical experience in healthcare settings
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
- Strong telehealth platform experience (Zoom for Healthcare, Doxy.me)
- Exceptional patient communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
