Responsibilities

- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
- Perform accurate ICD-10/CPT coding and charge entry
- Resolve claim denials and account receivables
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and documentation standards
- Collaborate with providers to clarify coding ambiguities
- Generate monthly billing reports and analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC credential
- Expertise in CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding
- Proficiency in Epic, Medisoft, or similar EHR systems
- Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/Commercial billing
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in remote setting
