Responsibilities
- Accurately process and verify prescription orders via our digital platform
- Provide exceptional telepharmacy customer service to patients and providers
- Maintain precise medication inventory records and documentation
- Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications
- Active Oregon Pharmacy Technician license (PTCB or ExCPT certified)
- Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience (retail/hospital preferred)
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software (e.g., QS1, Omnicell)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Exceptional communication skills for telehealth interactions
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance protocols
