- Accurately process and verify prescription orders through our remote dispensing system
- Provide exceptional telepharmacist support with medication counseling and documentation
- Manage electronic inventory control and regulatory compliance protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare providers via secure telehealth platforms
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant electronic health records and dispensing logs
- Train on specialized pharmacy automation software and telehealth tools
Qualifications
- Active California Pharmacy Technician license (PTCB or ExCPT certified)
- Minimum 1 year pharmacy experience with telehealth or remote systems
- Proficient in pharmacy software (e.g., Omnicell, QS/1) and EMR platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and medication safety protocols
