- Process and verify prescription orders through our digital pharmacy platform
- Coordinate with pharmacists to ensure accurate medication dispensing and labeling
- Manage virtual inventory systems and coordinate medication shipments
- Provide telehealth support to patients regarding medication inquiries
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and pharmacy regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for seamless patient care coordination
- Document patient interactions and medication records in electronic systems
Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB or ExCPT)
- Minimum 1 year pharmacy experience (retail or hospital preferred)
