Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive virtual patient assessments and triage via telehealth platform
- Deliver patient education and support for chronic disease management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans
- Accurately document patient encounters in EHR systems
- Respond to emergency calls with clinical judgment and decisiveness
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all digital communications
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (required)
- Minimum 2 years acute care or telehealth experience
- BLS/ACLS certification (current)
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Night shift availability (7 PM - 7 AM PST)
